NO PLASTIC HERE--reinforce all threaded conections with one wrap of plumber's thread tape. A little seapage on mine but no big deal.I'm assuming the product was already assembled and then disassemble for shipment to me. The screws, nuts, washers, etc. were loose in the container which was holed during shipment. Some of these small parts probably fell out. I have not had it long enough (3 weeks) to see if it will rust yet. It holds a ton of hose and is easy to move around. Rolling hose up is a breeze and is much easier than all the lesser hose carts I have owned.The O-ring in the rotating part that connects to the water supply line apparently came out of place and sprayed water all over the place until I took it apart and reseated it. It still leaks a bit at that connection. I suspect that the machine tolerances on that part are just sloppy.
